Education funding. CARO funds over $300,000 in grants, awards and fellowships each year. Only CARO members can apply to these programs.
Networking. Through events and programs offered by CARO and other organizations, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to connect and share ideas with people who share your professional interests. Access to CARO’s searchable database lets you find colleagues in your practice area. CARO makes it easier to collaborate with professionals in Radiation Oncology and related professions.
Free ESTRO membership. As a CARO member you receive full membership with ESTRO at no additional cost. This includes subscription and online access to the Green Journal and reduced fees for attending ESTRO and joint conferences or courses. *Please note this is only for FULL/REGULAR CARO members, and Residents and Fellows. This does not include Associates.
Publishing your work. CARO also delivers a weekly digest right to members’ inboxes highlighting updates on all publications authored by CARO members that week.

With your support, we’re able to fund studentships through the Pamela Catton Summer Studentship Program, placing students in different Radiation Oncology centres! This program allows medical students to explore Radiation Oncology as a future career.
