Call for Abstracts
Deadline for Submissions: Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (ET)
This year's theme is From Dose to Destiny: The Past, Present and Future of Radiation Therapy.
Our speakers will inform and update us on current and future treatments for patients with various cancers, initiatives, and innovations for improving cancer care, and the latest research in oncology and medical physics. We will come away from this meeting with new information and ways to advance the fields of radiation oncology and medical physics.
Abstract Submission Guidelines

3000 characters and approximately 300 words in length
Formatted as: Purpose, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusions
Diagrams and graphs will not be accepted (scientific characters are acceptable)
Accepted abstracts will be presented as oral or poster presentations.
Radiation Therapists and Medical Students are eligible to apply for the CROF RT Travel Awards or CARO Medical Student Research and Mentorship Awards, respectively. To learn more about CARO awards, click here.

Notification of Acceptance
Those who submitted an abstract will be notified of decisions by the end of March or early April, 2025.
