Marie, Ontario, and Sudbury, Ontario, is seeking a full-time Radiation Oncologist to join the Radiation Oncology team in their facility at the Sault Area Hospital in Sault Ste. Marie, ON. The program is modern, and well equipped with a new Varian True Beam Linear Accelerator. The collegial team of Radiation Oncologists and Medical Oncologists/Haematologists enjoy an active Clinical Research Department, which provides ample opportunity for clinical trials participation, including performing clinical research. The radiation treatment planning system is currently transitioning to RayStation and we utilize Mosaiq as our EMR, providing a completely electronic radiation and medical oncology charting environment. We utilize IMRT and VMAT complemented by detailed IGRT protocols, and have an active SABR program treating all sites.
