Poster Presentation Information

Please be prepared to hang your poster on Thursday September 29th before 9:45am ET.
Poster size is 4 ft wide x 4 ft high.
The poster viewing session is on Friday September 30th from 10:00-11:00am ET.
You are expected to stand by your poster during this time.
Take down is Friday September 30th at 4:30pm.

Oral Presentation Information

10-minute Oral Presentation 

Please identify yourself to the AV technician.  You have been allotted 10 minutes for your presentation, a 7 minute talk with 3 minutes for question and answer period.

Please present your slides to the AV technician in the room you will be speaking on site during the breakfast/break or lunch before your presentation time.

15-minute Oral Presentation

Please identify yourself to the AV technician.  You have been allotted 15 minutes for your presentation, a 11 minute talk with 4 minutes for question and answer period.

Please present your slides to the AV technician in the room you will be speaking on site during the breakfast/break or lunch before your presentation time.

5-minute Oral Presentation for Poster Discussion Session

Please identify yourself to the AV technician.  You have been allotted 5 minutes for your presentation, a 3.5 minute talk with 1.5 minutes for question and answer period.

Please present your slides to the AV technician in the room you will be speaking on site during the breakfast/break or lunch before your presentation time.
